Gordon Lubold will join the bureau as a National Security Reporter on Monday, March 10. Gordon brings more than fifteen years of experience covering the military, national security, and foreign policy, most recently as the Wall Street Journal’s White House National Security and Pentagon Reporter. He has also launched and authored three different national security newsletters for three different media outlets throughout his career. Gordon has covered conflicts across the globe, including Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and across the Middle East and Central Asia, and will bring critical insight and sourcing to NBC News.
