NY Mag’s elections reporter, a Bloomberg banking move, Indy’s opinion and community ed

Bloomberg News reporter Todd Gillespie is moving to New York to cover Wall Street banks for Bloomberg and the Indianapolis Star in Indiana has hired James Briggs as an opinion and community engagement editor.
