Abby Mellott has been named publisher of the Austin Business Journal.
A story on its website states, “She replaces Heather Ladage, who recently was named president and publisher of the Milwaukee Business Journal.
“She joined ACBJ, which operates more than 40 business journals across the U.S., in 2006 as a circulation sales executive at the Washington Business Journal and was promoted to circulation and marketing director in 2008. In 2010, she was named audience development director at the Austin Business Journal before moving to ACBJ’s corporate headquarters in Charlotte in 2015 as a regional audience development director. She started leading the Triad Business Journal in 2018.”
