Bloomberg Industry reporter Sam McQuillan is leaving the news organization to cover the sports betting industry for The Action Network.
He has been at the company since June 2019 covering state and local finance, sports betting, tax and business developments for Bloomberg Industry Group’s Daily Tax Report, part of the Bloomberg Tax product platform.
McQuillan previously interned at Bloomberg Industry and for the Brooklyn Cyclones minor league baseball team.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University.
