Alison Martin, audience engagement editor at Modern Healthcare, was among the Crain layoffs last week.
She had been at the publication since September 2022 and is based in Chicago. She led the publication in audience growth and development through its website, newsletters, social media channels and app.
Martin previously spent more than three years at the Chicago Sun-Times as an audience engagement specialist.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a master’s degree from Northwestern University.
