Shoshana Wodinsky, who covered tech policy and privacy at MarketWatch.com, is leaving the news organization.
She started in 2022 after working as a Gizmodo reporter covering investigations on ad targeting, data mining and consumer privacy.
She also worked at Adweek as a tech reporter. Wodinsky also served as editorial intern at NBC News. She also held the posts of life sciences editor and social media editor at Scienceline. From 2016 to 2018, she worked at Second Nexus as staff science and tech editor.
Additionally, she interned at numerous platforms including The Verge and Cell Press.
Wodinsky holds a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from Queens College and a master’s degree in science, health and environmental reporting from New York University.
