MarketWatch.com has hired Genna Contino as smart spending reporter.
She started on Monday.
Contino has been a reporter at the Charlotte Observer and Greenville News.
Contino has previously been the growth and development reporter at the Spartanburg Herald-Journal and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.
She recently graduated from the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism, where she received the Weigold Prize in business journalism.
