Margaux MacColl is now a contributing writer for Vanity Fair.
She had been a tech and government reporter for the San Francisco Standard for the past year.
Before that, she was a senior reporter at TechCrunch. She previously worked at The Information and at Business Insider as a venture capital and startups reporter. MacColl also interned at The Virginian-Pilot and Bustle.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.
