Lim to cover private equity firms for Bloomberg

Dawn Lim

Bloomberg has hired Dawn Lim as a reporter covering private equity firms such as Blackstone.

She joins from The Wall Street Journal, where she covered asset managers. Before that, she reported on pensions, endowments and private equity.

She was also a reporter at Euromoney Institutional Investor and has covered technology for Government Executive Media group in Washington D.C.

She has also written for Wired, CNBC, MarketWatch, Dow Jones and Technology Review.

Lim has a B.A. in English from Cornell University and an M.A. in business and economic reporting from New York University.
