Longtime business journalist Thomas Lee has been named a senior editor and staff writer at Wealth Solutions Report, which covers the wealth management industry.
He most recently was at the Boston Globe as a business rerorter.
Before the Globe, he was at TheStreet.com as a writer and editor. He previously was Business of Business senior staff writer and a corporate energy reporter for Argus Media.
Lee was the business columnist for the San Francisco Chronicle before leaving in late 2017. He then went into freelancing and ghostwriting.
Before joining the Chronicle, Lee was the retail reporter at the Minneapolis Star Tribune, where he covered Target, Wal-Mart, and Best Buy. He is the author of “Rebuilding Empires: How Best Buy and Big Box Retail are Transforming Themselves for the Digital Age,” published in December 2014.
Lee also worked at MedCity News, Xconomy and the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, where he covered the food and beverage industries.
