MLex Europe managing editor Kait Bolongaro sent out the following announcement on Thursday:
Good morning everyone,
Hope you’re well.
I’d like to formally welcome Todd Buell to MLex as Deputy Managing Editor, Brussels.
In this new role, he will bolster our editing capacity, mentor reporters, support management in Brussels and serve as a bridge with the broader Legal News team.
He joins us from Law360, where he has served as Editor-at-Large covering tax policy from Brussels since 2018. Todd previously worked at the Wall Street Journal, where he covered the European Central Bank, monetary policy and economics from Frankfurt. He also covered economics at Market News International.
Originally from the US, Todd graduated from Bowdoin College in Maine with a Bachelor’s degree in Government and German and a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He speaks fluent German and French.
Todd will continue to report into me as part of MLex Europe.
Please join me in welcoming him.
Best wishes,
