Lance Lambert

Former Fortune real estate editor Lance Lambert is starting a real estate news and research site called ResiClub.

Lambert will be the editor of ResiClub, which is backed by investor Anthony Pompliano.

The company’s mission is to provide comprehensive coverage and insights into the U.S. housing sector, with a particular focus on homebuilders, institutional homebuyers, proptech startups, and regional housing data.

“The U.S. housing market is undergoing profound changes, and ResiClub’s mission is to be at the forefront of providing insights and information to help people make better decisions,” said Lambert in a statement. “We believe this is a pivotal moment for the U.S. housing sector, and our team is here to guide you through it.”

Lambert has been in real estate editor since December 2022. Lambert previously was editorial director of Fortune Education. He was analytics editor and associate data editor.

After graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a B.A. in economics and journalism, Lambert was a data journalist at realtor.com.
