Katie Krzaczek, the assistant business editor for the Philadelphia Inquirer, is leaving the publication for a new opportunity.
She started at the Inquirer as a digital editor before moving to the business news desk in 2023.
Before, she had been at Insider and Business Insider for the past two years as a business editor.
Previously, she was an associate editor and producer at Yahoo Finance, where she covered the intersection of pop culture and business, especially in the music industry. Before Yahoo Finance, Katie worked at Billboard, BuzzFeed News, the Philadelphia Inquirer, and the late Philadelphia City Paper.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University in Maryland and a master’s degree from Columbia University.
