Helena Kelly
Helena Kelly has been named news and investigations editor for the Money section at The Times of London.
She has been at The Telegraph in London as associate money editor.
Kelly previously was U.S. assistant consumer editor for the Daily Mail in New York, covering stories related to fraud, banking, property, 401(K)s and general consumer issues.
She started as a trainee on the Daily Mail’s print graduate scheme in September 2019 and has worked for both the Irish and UK editions of the paper in its Dublin and London newsrooms. In 2022, she won “Rising Star of the Year” and “Protection Journalist of the Year” at the Headline Money awards.
Kelly is a graduate of the University of Nottingham.
