Katz departs The Wrap for new opportunity

Brandon Katz, a senior TV reporter at The Wrap has left. Katz tweets:

“I am so incredibly thankful for the amazing opportunity to have worked with such a talented team. It’s a helluva newsroom. I’m also very excited for my next opportunity, which I’ll share more details about soon.”

Previously, he served as an entertainment creator/host, covering the Hollywood industry at Morning Brew. He was a senior entertainment reporter at Observer.com and a content creator and editor at COED Media Group LLC in New York.

Katz contributed to Forbes, focusing on TV and the business of entertainment, and was a pop culture writer and columnist at HNGN.com in New York.

Katz graduated from George Mason University.
