Kao joins Reuters as global news desk editor

Josie Kao

Reuters has tapped Josie Kao as global news desk editor, working on stories globally.

Previously, she was an assistant editor at The Narwhal, which provides news on Canada’s natural environment.

She was a content editor at The (Toronto) Globe and Mail and was editor-in-chief at Varsity Publications Inc., where she had also served as associate news editor and news editor.

Kao graduated from the University of Toronto – Victoria University.
