The Journal Record, a business newspaper in Oklahoma City, has hired Heather Warlick as its editor.
She previously worked as a reporter covering evictions, housing and homelessness for Oklahoma Watch.
Cushing previously spent nine years as a reporter and editor at The Oklahoman, and she was also managing editor and editor in chief of the Cushing Citizen in Oklahoma.
She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Central Oklahoma.
