Rory Carroll has rejoined Jalopnik, one of the largest automotive news and opinion sites, as editor in chief.
Previously, he held the same post from 2020 to 2022.
Carroll will oversee writers, editors and producers dedicated to creating coverage of the industry.
Recently, he worked an executive role at RM Sotheby’s. Previously, he served as executive editor and publisher of Autoweek. He also contributed to The New York Times’ Wheels blog. He also served as the managing director, Eleven55 at Crain Communications.
Carroll holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Michigan State University.
