Personal finance news site Investopedia has hired Stephen Wisnefski to be its executive editor.
Wisnefski previously spent 25 years at Dow Jones and The Wall Street Journal.
His last job there was assistant managing editor for talent at The Journal. He was also head of professional news and head of real-time news at The Journal.
At Dow Jones Newswires, he was senior editor for the Americas, Chicago bureau chief and deputy managing editor, among other positions.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and a master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
