Claire Landsbaum will be joining Insider as deputy features editor.
She begins Jan. 31.
Landsbaum joins from Vanity Fair, where she served as senior editor. Before that, she held the post of associate editor. She has also worked at New York Magazine as an editorial fellow and then as a night editor for the Daily Intelligencer and as a staff writer for The Cut.
She has also worked freelance and interned at Slate Magazine, New York Magazine and Texas Monthly.
Landsbaum earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a master’s degree from New York University.
