Tufayel Ahmed will be joining Insider as U.K. entertainment editor.
Recently, he was breakthrough editorial program manager at The Big Issue in London.
He is also a lecturer at the London South Bank University. He was also a senior editor focusing on entertainment, culture and lifestyle coverage for Newsweek.
Ahmed has previously worked at Newsweek from 2016 to 2018 as a culture reporter and then as an associate editor for culture. He has also worked freelance for Yahoo, The Sun, BBC Radio Wales and more. He was also an entertainment journalist at the Daily Mirror.
Ahmed has a B.A. in journalism from London South Bank University.
