CNBC has tapped Krystal Hur as an associate reporter, writing for “Mad Money,” a television program hosted by Jim Cramer.
She will also be reporting across the site’s other verticals. She begins Jan. 18.
Hur joins from NBC News, where she was a business, tech and media reporting intern. She was also a reporting intern at The Wall Street Journal and has interned at OpenSecrets in Washington, where she wrote data-driven stories about money in politics.
She was also an editorial intern at Automotive News.
Hur graduated from the University of Michigan, where she has also worked at the student paper.
