The Houston Chronicle has hired Rachel Nostrant to cover the energy industry, with a focus on oil and gas.
She has been the disability fellow at The New York Times for the past year.
Nostrant has been a freelancer who has been published in New York Magazine, Business Insider and Military.com. She has been a fellow at the Associated Press and interned at Reuters.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and a master’s degree from New York University.
