Caitlin Hendel has retired after a 46-year career.
She most recently was senior staff writer for the energy newsletters at FiscalNote.
Hendel’s career includes five years as U.S. economy team leader at Bloomberg News and 10 years as news editor for health and agriculture coverage at CQ Roll Call. She also spent 10 years as a news editor at the Kansas City Star.
She also was a copy editor at the Dallas Times-Herald.
Hendel is a University of Kansas graduate.
