CQ Roll Call has tapped Jessie Hellmann as a reporter covering health care and the Biden administration.
She joins from Modern Healthcare, where she was a Congress reporter. There, she focused on how the health care policy impacts the industry.
She has also worked as a breaking news reporter and health care policy reporter at The Hill. She has also reported for The Gazette in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Kenosha News in Kenosha, Wisconsin. She has also interned at The Chicago Tribune.
Hellmann holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and political science from the University of Southern Indiana and a master’s degree in public affairs reporting from the University of Illinois Springfield.
