Nick Mokey has joined the Guardian this week as editor of The Filter US, an independent shopping guide launching in September.
Prior to joining the Guardian, Mokey was editor-in-chief of Digital Trends, a site that specializes in reviewing consumer technology.
He holds a degree in Magazine Journalism from Syracuse University, and is based in Portland, Oregon.
