I’m thrilled to announce that Rachel Graf will be joining the Leveraged Finance team on Jan. 6.
Rachel is excited to be back in New York after a year reporting on legal affairs for Bloomberg in San Francisco. Her coverage there included tracking Elon Musk’s many court fights, as well as antitrust complaints against some of the biggest tech companies. She also dug into addictive technologies for a revealing Businessweek story about how kids get hooked on video games, and was the first to report news of UK tech tycoon Mike Lynch’s stunning exoneration from accounting fraud allegations.
Before joining Bloomberg, Rachel spent the better part of a decade covering business and legal news, and also worked as a law firm investigator. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner as well.
When not chasing and breaking big stories, Rachel can be found walking her Jindo-mix pup in parks around NYC and trying her best at karaoke bars in Koreatown. Please wish her well on the new beat and add her to your speed dials!
