Gaffen takes on new role at Reuters

David Gaffen

David Gaffen, energy editor at Reuters, has taken over the role of breaking news editor to oversee daily business coverage, excluding banks.

He will continue to write the twice weekly energy newsletter Power Up for the time being.

Previously, Gaffen wrote for the Wall Street Journal, TheStreet.com and American Banker.

Gaffen has a B.A. from Rutgers University.
