FT’s Fund Fire hires DiCamillo to cover wealth management

Fund Fire, a publication of The Financial Times, has hired Nate DiCamillo as a senior reporter covering wealth management.

He had been at Quartz covering the economy.

DiCamillo previously was a CoinDesk reporter on its institutional crytpo and enterprise blockchain team.

He had been a fintech reporter at American Banker since April 2018. He also formerly was a general assignment reporter for Credit Union Journal, a Dow Jones News Fund intern for American Banker and an intern for Newsweek magazine.

DiCamillo is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University in Illinois.

Chris Roush was the dean of the School of Communications at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. He was previously Walter E. Hussman Sr. Distinguished Professor in business journalism at UNC-Chapel Hill. He is a former business journalist for Bloomberg News, Businessweek, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, The Tampa Tribune and the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. He is the author of the leading business reporting textbook "Show me the Money: Writing Business and Economics Stories for Mass Communication" and "Thinking Things Over," a biography of former Wall Street Journal editor Vermont Royster.
