The Financial Times has named Charlotte Seager as head of audience engagement.
She will be overseeing an international team with bureaux in London, New York and Singapore focused on the innovation of FT journalism on new platforms.
Seager had previously been deputy head of audience at the FT.
Before the FT, she spent five years at the Times of London as head of engagement and innovation. She also previously worked at The Guardian.
Seager is a graduate of Durham University.
