The Financial Times has promoted Akila Quinio to Paris correspondent, covering French politics, business and finance.
She recently held the post of asset management reporter.
Her new role begins on May 1.
Quinio has previously also worked freelance. She has also worked in customer operations, social media operations and AML operations at Monzo Bank, one of the fastest growing banks in the U.K.
Quinio has a B.A. from UCL and a M.A. from City University of London.
