Financial Times private capital reporter William Louch is departing the news organization.
He is based in London and has been at the FT for a year.
He previously was a reporter covering investing for Bloomberg News, also in London. He also worked for The Wall Street Journal for nearly five years covering private equity.
Louch is the author of “The Key Man,” which was published in 2021 and longlisted for the FT-McKinsey Business Book of the Year.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in politics and philosophy from Durham University.
