The Financial Times has named Alice Ross its acting international economy news editor.
She has been a deputy news editor at the paper and is currently on book leave.
Ross has held a range of roles across the FT including deputy news editor, editor of “Trade Secrets,” editor of FT Wealth, Frankfurt bureau chief, currencies correspondent and deputy money editor.
Her book, “Investing to Save the Planet,” was published by Penguin in November 2020 and her children’s book, “The Nowhere Thief,” was out in March 2023.
