The Financial Times has hired Paola Tamma to cover the European Union economy in Brussels.
She has been covering the macroeconomic and finance beat at Politico Europe. Tamma previously had been covering EU policy, focusing on industry and the economy. Before that, she reported on energy and climate.
Before joining Politico, Tamma was a trainee reporter and translator at EURACTIV. She has also worked freelance and has trained as a reporter at The New Arab.
Tamma earned her master’s degree in investigative journalism from City University of London.
