The Financial Times has hired Ashley Armstrong to be the chief UK business correspondent.
She will start on June 2.
Armstrong is currently the business editor at The Sun. She also worked at The Times of London as retail and M&A editor and at The Telegraph as a business and retail reporter.
Armstrong holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Exeter and a master’s degree from City St. George’s, University of London.
