FT appoints Thomas media editor

Daniel Thomas

The Financial Times has tapped Daniel Thomas to serve as a media editor.

Recently, he held the post of executive news editor.

Thomas joined the Financial Times in April 2006. Since then, he has served as a reporter, property correspondent, telecoms correspondent, assistant companies editor and deputy companies editor.

Thomas graduated from City University of London.
