FT Alphaville has hired Toby Nangle as a full-time reporter.
Nangle has been an independent economics and financial markets commentator who has written for the Financial Times as a contributing editor since November 2023.
He spent 25 years in the asset management industry, most recently as global head of asset allocation at Columbia Threadneedle.
Nangle holds a master’s degree from the University of Cambridge.
