Front Office Sports has hired Lisa Scherzer as editorial director of news.
She has been freelancing for the past year for publications such as Barron’s and Industry Dive, as well as JPMorgan Asset Management and content marketing agencies.
Scherzer previously was contents and investments editor at Citi but also spent more than a decade as an editor at Yahoo Finance and a senior staff editor at Smart Money.
Scherzer holds a bachelor’s degree from Barnard College and a master’s degree from Columbia University.
