Sports business news site Front Office Sports has hired former Adweek chief content officer Lisa Granatstein to be its chief content officer.
She left Adweek last month. She had overseen editorial and events, while also acting as a brand steward. She was previously editor and senior vice president of programming and has been with Adweek over two stints, most recently for the last 11 years.
Granatstein also created its “Most Powerful Women in Sports” livestream.
She previously spent nearly 11 years at Mediaweek as a reporter, senior editor, managing editor and editor.
Granatstein also worked at Time magazine.
Crain Communications owns 20 percent of Front Office Sports.
