Francis joining Canadian Biz to write column on work

Avery Francis

Avery Francis is joining Canadian Business to write a monthly column on all things work.

She is also the founder and CEO of Bloom, a full-service workplace design consultancy in Canada.

She is also the founding partner of Safe Spaces, a collective of employee experience experts facilitating conversations, assessments and learning programs that empower workplaces. She was also head of talent at League Inc. and has held various recruitment roles throughout her career.

Francis graduated from York University.
