Fortune wins Digiday Media Award for Musk package

Fortune has won the the Best Editorial Package award in the annual Digiday Media Awards for “Inside Elon’s Universe,” an investigative digital edition exploring the enigmatic world of Elon Musk.

The piece dove into six companies shaping Musk’s empire to provide exclusive insights, including revelations on the Boring Co.’s challenges, Solar City’s struggles within Tesla and Musk’s AI ambitions. The investigation captivated audiences with over 100,000 unique page views on Fortune.com and 50,000 on Apple News+, driving over 1 million page views overall.

The 10-part digital edition – one of only a few in the 94-year history of Fortune – was available exclusively on Fortune.com and in Fortune’s channel on Apple News+

Through meticulous reporting, Fortune shed light on Musk’s unconventional business methods, offering readers an unprecedented glimpse into the mind of the world’s richest man.
