Fortune taps Marioni to lead European news operation

Massimo Marioni

Massimo Marioni will be joining Fortune magazine to helm its European news operation.

Currently, he is a senior producer at CNN, where he is involved in content curation, presentation, breaking news alerts, planning, strategy and analysis across EMEA regions for desktop, mobile and CNN’s app.

He also served as a deputy website editor at The Sun and was a digital sports editor at Metro. He has also worked at Trinity Mirror plc.

Marioni graduated from the University of Leeds.
