Adam Banicki
Mike Kiley of Fortune sent out the following to the staff on Wednesday:
Dear Team,
I’m pleased to share that Adam Banicki has been promoted to General Manager, Video at Fortune, and will be joining the Senior Leadership Team. In this role, Adam continues to lead the video team, which is now its own business unit within Fortune. His team will continue its close work with the newsroom, conferences and live media, and sales.
Since joining Fortune in late 2024, Adam has built Video into a profitable and expanding part of the company. Video has launched new Fortune editorial franchises and vodcasts, expanded Fortune’s video presence at conferences, and developed new revenue streams across 3rd party platforms, such as LinkedIn. Building on this momentum, Video will expand its footprint this year with several new initiatives, including a daily show built for YouTube and powered by the Fortune’s award-winning newsroom.
Together, Adam and Lydia Randall will continue working lockstep with Alyson and Colin to ensure all of Fortune’s editorial video products are being promoted in the marketplace and to support growth in the overall business.
Please join me in congratulating Adam on his new role.
Best regards,
Mike Kiley
