Fortune launches new vertical, names Fields wellness deputy editor

Fortune is moving into wellness coverage with the launch of a new vertical, Fortune Well.

The new vertical is aimed at helping mid-level managers balance their personal and professional life, with the main coverage areas being mental health and COVID symptoms.

The new hub will feature a mix of articles, videos, infographics and rankings. It will also have its own section in the print magazine, videos and social handles.

Jennifer Fields

Jennifer Fields will serve as wellness deputy editor, overseeing the vertical’s editorial content. She joins from PopSugar, where she recently served as executive editor of wellness and lifestyle.  Fields will hire up to 10 people this year for Fortune Well, including full-time staff and freelancers.
