Fortune has hired Isabel Tejera to be a video producer.
Tejera is a video journalist and producer specializing in breaking news, foreign affairs reporting, and short-form vertical video. She has produced live and taped coverage for CNN, created host-led YouTube series for Vice, and conducted investigative field reporting across West Africa and Spain.
She leads production end-to-end — from pitching and scripting to interviewing and editing — translating complex narratives into clear and compelling journalism across broadcast, web, and social platforms.
She is also the host and executive producer of “Industry Standard,” a video podcast where she interviews creative professionals across film, TV, music, journalism and publishing.
Tejera holds degrees from Brown and Oxford in international relations.
