Fortune magazine has hired Adam Banicki as its head of video.
Banicki is currently the senior executive producer of YouTube, where he oversees The Wall Street Journal’s main channel, as well as its Journalists as Creators program.
Banicki joined the Journal after managing editorial video teams at Insider, Vice Media, New York Magazine and Fatherly.
He attended DePaul University, the School of Visual Arts and Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.
