Fonrouge joins CNBC to cover direct to consumer brands

CNBC has hired Gabrielle Fonrouge on the retail beat to cover direct to consumer brands.

Recently, Fonrouge was a national correspondent and investigative reporter covering breaking news and investigative long-form pieces for The New York Post.

Previously, she was an associate producer on the new true-crime show “Torn from the Headlines: New York Post Reports” and served as an on-air reporter in three of the episodes. Her work appeared in Vice, Narratively and NY1 News.

Fonrouge has a B.S. in mass communications from St. John’s University.
