The Financial Post has hire Paula Tran to cover the economy and the Bank of Canada.
Tran will start on April 27.
She has been at the Ottawa Citizen as a reporter covering criminal justice. Her work has appeared in publications across the country, including Xtra Magazine, Spacing, Indiegraf Publisher and Global News.
She won the Ma Murray Community Newspaper Award for her breaking news reporting in 2022.
Tran holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of British Columbia and a master’s degree from Ryerson University.
