Dayna Fields has been promoted to chief correspondent for middle market coverage at Octus, formerly known as Reorg.
She joined the news organization last year from KBRA Direct Lending Deals where she had been covering private equity activity, private credit, and direct lending deals in the middle market.
Fields previously spent seven years as a senior mergers and acquisitions reporter with Mergermarket and Dealreporter.
Fields comes from Talcott Publishing, where she served as managing editor of three food-focused B2B publications, including Chef magazine for restaurants and Fancy Food magazine for retailers.
She is a University of Missouri graduate in journalism.
