Katy Stech Ferek, a reporter at The Wall Street Journal’s business and policy reporting team, has moved to the Congress team.
Previously, Ferek covered corporate and personal bankruptcy. She joined the paper in 2011.
Before that, she covered business news for The (Charleston) Post and Courier. Ferek interned at Newsday, The Rochester Democrat and Chronicle and The Duluth News Tribune.
Ferek graduated from Syracuse University.
